KAIROS is a scheduled, nondenominational adult retreat modeled after the So Cal Walk to Emmaus for those incarcerated in prison.
The KAIROS walk focusses on God’s unconditional love in Christ, the choice to follow Jesus and a model of servanthood through biblical study, meaningful worship, and life changing experiences.

KAIROS gives birth to God's Community of  Christians spiritually freed from the effects of imprisonment, reaching all impacted by incarceration, through the Love, Hope, and Faith found in Jesus Christ
There is both an "Inside" and and "Outside" component to bringing the light of Christ to people seperated from normal society.

The programs  of "Kairos Outside" and "Men in Transition" (men exiting prison, preparing for life "outside") provide the prayer, support and hope to be successful in their walk with Christ as they return to society
California Sites for the KAIROS weekend include the Ironwood Prison in Blythe, Tehachapi Correctional Institution, California City
